In general, there is little / no signs of an oral STI (eg chlamydia / gonorrhea). If symptoms occur, it is often only a neck / sore irritated.
But even here, most of oral / throat infections have no symptoms.
The other symptoms you mention can happen when you chalmydia obtained in the genital area (not oral)
