I have a terrible pain in my triceps, upper back around the shoulders (diamonds), a part of my chest, and part of the back, just below the shoulders after a battle party with a guy in my work. I fought for the final push to the score itself, and even tryed to make a joke, but it had to do a degree of strength. During this time, my arms feel like driving trucks, and now 3 days later I'm still experiences pain. It's worse if I did not move me, like the night.
Who knows how to relieve muscle pain !!!!!!!!

Rest! I know it is annoying, but really the only way. It will take several days, but only make you enough protein your body can repair the muscles.

I hope you know the difference between good pain and bad pain when strength training. I think that pain is a "good" and only the reconstruction of the muscles. It's more like bursitis, tendinitis, or muscle pain. Muscle pain can be relieved by heat (hot bath or shower, heating PAD), massage and light exercise. People Certi produce lactic acid than others, not bad, but can be painful, as you already mentioned. The only sure way to get the amount of lactic acid in milk decrease the amount you eat and massage the muscles, reducing the LA Back in the blood release.
