I have many Thai friends, and this is a difficult question, because everyone has their own preference / taste. You can not go wrong with a gift card Crate & Barrel, Macy's, Home Goods (based on what they think) taste. It would be insensitive to give a gift card. That's the interesting part is that sometimes the choice of what they want. Another possible idea to different settings.
Especially if you have any questions .... Whatever you decide is what they appreciate it is a gift from you.
